We offer handmade products with love in Malaysia, free from sugar, chemicals, and plastic packaging.
The goal of this particular project was to increase customer satisfaction and promote a healthier lifestyle through quick nationwide delivery.

The project focuses on redesigning the Health website to position it as the top choice for health-conscious individuals seeking nutritious and tasty food products. By emphasizing handmade products, sustainable practices, and a wide variety of options, the Health website aims to provide a convenient and reliable solution for individuals looking to make healthier food choices.

THE PROCESS
GATHERING INSIGHTS
After collecting the recordings from the user interviews, I conducted affinity mapping with my teammate to synthesize the pains identified. We grouped these problems under common themes and features in the platform.
USER RESEARCH
User research is a process to find out the user point of view, their frustrations and their struggle to get their understanding. I have two used methods which contributed hugely in addition to my own findings.
Survey
I did survey with 55 potential users in combination with interviews from individual conversation to know their views, experience and to collect quantitive and qualitative data. the target audience were between the age 20-50 years old
Interview
From the survey that I have done, I did filtering, and got 15 people for direct interview. I did online interviews using Zoom and invited them at different times.
